With more than a decade in bookkeeping and accounting, he focuses on modernizing client financial practices and leading the team that serves them.
TJ is an Accounting major at Tarleton State University with four years of hands-on bookkeeping experience — reconciliations, payroll, bank activity, and account reviews — bringing fresh expertise and a steady hand to every engagement.
A 2024 accounting graduate of Tarleton State University, Austin has been with the firm for more than three years. He manages bank activity, financial statements, loan documents, and account reviews, with a focus on keeping client books accurate so owners can focus on growth.
Karlee graduated summa cum laude from Texas Tech University with a BBA in Accounting. Before joining the firm, she worked as a staff accountant in the power sports and commercial insurance industries, bringing a sharp eye and a calm, methodical approach to complex financial work.
